What Kind of Tripod Do I need?
It is generally recommended that you use BallerCam with a tripod.Here are our recommendations.
Ballercam 15' Tripod
Ideal for most soccer fields or getting a higher vantage point in the gym. Extends to 15', compacts to 5', weighs 11.8 lbs, and includes a carrying bag.
BALLERCAM 80" TRIPOD
Ideal for indoor setups, small fields or in the bleachers. Lightweight, folds small, and extends just above average head height.
OTHER TRIPOD OPTIONS

Thanks for sending it out. I usually only film one or two games. This weekend I had four games in a row. I used to feel the heat on my phone after just two games. This time when I grabbed my phone out after the last game it was slightly warm but nothing like before. I can only imagine how hot it would get outside if I wasn’t using it for basketball. Thank for continuing to create a good product and making the hardware upgradable so I don’t have to buy a whole new setup. I continue to recommend BallerCam to other coaches.
I was unsure why Baller Cam needed to update the cooling unit as I didn’t have any issues. However, the new unit performs extremely well.
