BallerCam Warranty and Return Policy

Important Safety Notice
Before using BallerCam, please read our Important Safety Information document available at www.ballercam.com/pages/safety. Failure to follow safety instructions may void this warranty and could result in injury or property damage.
Limited Warranty
Baller, Inc. ("BallerTV") warrants to the original purchaser that BallerCam hardware products and accessories (collectively, "BallerCam devices" or "Products"), including the BallerCam device (containing lens, cooling system, and external battery) and mounting accessories, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period").
This limited warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What This Warranty Covers
During the Warranty Period, if a Product is determined by BallerTV to be defective, BallerTV will, at its sole option:

Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts

Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater functionality
-
Provide a refund of the original purchase price
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use of the Product in accordance with published guidelines.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication

Damage caused by improper setup, mounting, or installation of the Product or any accessories
-
Physical injury or property damage resulting from use of the Product
-
Damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or warnings
-
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or attachments
-
Products with removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers
-
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
-
Damage caused by operating the Product outside published specifications
-
Damage caused by acts of nature, including lightning, floods, or earthquakes
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
-
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
-
Software issues or damage caused by third-party software
-
Batteries and other consumable parts
-
Incompatibility with iPhone models not listed as supported on our website (including iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, and models older than iPhone 13 Pro)

Performance variations due to iPhone processing power, storage capacity, or iOS version
-
Issues arising from use with non-compatible iPhone models or future models with different dimensions or configurations
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim:

Contact Support: Email support@ballercam.com or call (626) 325-0011 to describe the issue

Obtain RMA Number: Our support team will troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Ship the Product: Package the BallerCam device securely with all original accessories and ship to the address provided with your RMA number
-
Include Information: Include your RMA number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue
Products returned without an RMA number may be refused. You are responsible for shipping costs to BallerTV unless we provide a prepaid shipping label.
Warranty Service Process
Upon receipt of your BallerCam device:

We will inspect the device to determine if it is covered under warranty

If covered, we will repair or replace the device within 10-15 business days
-
If not covered, we will contact you with repair options and costs
-
Repaired or replacement devices will be returned to you at our expense
30-Day Return Policy
In addition to warranty coverage, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery:

Products must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories
-
Contact support@ballercam.com for an RMA number before returning
-
Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns
-
Defective products will receive free return shipping

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection
Out-of-Warranty Service
If your Product is outside the Warranty Period or the issue is not covered by warranty, we may offer repair services for a fee. Contact our support team for more information about out-of-warranty repair options and pricing.
Limitation of Liability
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY BALLERTV. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALLERTV DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
BALLERTV'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL BALLERTV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Your Responsibilities
You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for the safe setup and installation of BallerCam

You must follow all safety instructions and warnings
-
The Product must be used only for its intended purpose (recording and streaming sports events)
-
Improper use, setup, or installation may result in injury or property damage for which BallerTV is not liable
Your Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California.
