BallerCam Lacrosse Setup Instructions
Step 1
Center your position & set your distance from the sideline
Place BallerCam near midfield & 6-8 ft from the sideline
When in doubt, set up closer to the sideline rather than farther away.
Step 2
Adjust for your surroundings
Tents, team benches, multiple field lines
Set up next to or in front of these items, not behind.
Step 3
Tilt it enough
Tilt the camera 10-25 degrees down
Adjust based on your distance from the sideline and tripod height. When in doubt, less tilt is better.
Step 4
Raise it
Raise the tripod 10-12+ ft high
For a full-size field, use 12 ft or higher. Always secure the tripod with weights or stakes, or remain beside it.
⚡️ WINNING FUNDAMENTALS
- Centered is better than off-center
- Make sure the area is clear of obstructions
- Less tilt is better than too much tilt
- Higher is better than lower
- Use built-in fan and back cover for heat management
- Use a fully charged phone with external battery
